Unmanned Survey Vessels
The JDN Survey Department uses Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV) to perform measurements below and above the waterline. USVs allow for safer survey operations in shallow areas and a greener alternative to conventional survey boats. Using multibeam sonar, they map the seabed, and with laser scanners, they are also able to map the situation above water.
