In line with our vision, mission and values, taking into account the interest of our stakeholders, we strive to prevent and detect unlawful behaviour. In this reporting system you can report any suspected misconduct which could affect our company or people’s wellbeing.

Although not recommended, anonymous reporting is possible through this channel. However, be aware that in that case it is not possible to inform you about the status or ask for extra information.

All reports will be treated as strictly confidential. More information can be found in the policy for the protection of Whistleblowers and the privacy policy.

This policy applies to Jan De Nul Group (Sofidra S.A.) and its affiliated companies having a registered seat within the EU (each a “Company” and together the “Companies”).
