Where others merely see a derelict site, we see opportunities. The acquisition, demolition, remediation, redevelopment and construction of 6,800 m² of new, spacious and flexible business units has been made possible thanks to a close cooperation between our divisions (civil, environmental and development). To optimise the area to be developed, we exchanged a few plots of land with Sibelgas. We also had to relocate a high-voltage substation. The units have been sold on the basis of the available plans. All techniques and the interior decoration of the individual units will be realised according to the client’s specific wishes.
