The Irbich Viaduct in Luxemburg is part of the ‘Transversale de Clervaux’, a new road connecting N7 and CR340/N18. The bridge consists of two abutments and six columns bearing steel girders, finished with a concrete bridge deck.
During project implementation, Jan De Nul Group used a new formwork system. The bridge has a total length of 265 metres and is 38.5 metres high at the deepest point above the valley.
