Offshore Wind Farm Kriegers Flak

Contracted by Vattenfall Vindkraft Kriegers Flak P/S, Jan De Nul Group are entrusted with the transport and installation of 72 SiemensGamesa wind turbines, type 8.4MW. The Kriegers Flak Offshore wind farm in Denmark has a total capacity of 600 MW.

In 2017 and 2018, Jan De Nul Group designed, built and installed two large gravity-based foundations for the offshore high-voltage stations of the Kriegers Flak wind farm. Installation works will start in 2021 and will last four months. By 2022, the Danish wind farm will generate carbon-free electricity for approximately 600,000 households.
