Vilvoorde 't SAS

Within the scope of the large-scale urban renovation project ‘Vilvoorde 4 Fonteinen’ (32 acres), we realised the residential project ‘t Sas in between the Sea Canal Brussels-Scheldt and the Zenne River. The name refers to the history of the place where there used to be a lock (‘sas’ in Dutch).

 ‘t Sas comprises 138 high-quality apartments and one commercial space and is composed of an underground car park and 4 floors. The building ‘t Sas lies within walking distance from the city centre and opposite the public park ‘Drie Fonteinen’. The prime location in between Antwerp, Mechelen and Brussels makes 4 Fonteinen the ideal home base for a pleasant family/work balance. The project design reserves much space to green areas, water and open space.  The project was completed in 2017.
