As you read this, our floating crane vessel Les Alizés and water injection dredger Cosette are carrying out their first mission. Big deal, you say? Well, maybe you’d think differently if you knew that most of our vessels are designed at a time when there is no apparent need for them. That story especially goes for Les Alizés. The type of supersized wind turbines she is transporting and installing today simply didn’t exist.
