Mental and physical well-being at our office and on our vessels

Mental and physical well-being at our offices and vessels

Jan De Nul is growing in all aspects thanks to the talents working here. That is why we want every team member to be able to develop to their full potential, both on and off the job. Only then, we can continue to grow and build a sustainable cooperation.

From 7 to 11 October, we want to highlight this by organising our Health Week. During this week filled with activities, we focus on the importance of both mental and physical well-being. Numerous online sessions available worldwide and offline sessions at the offices in Aalst and Luxembourg fill the schedule.

We invite inspiring speakers who will touch on topics such as eating healthy, mindfulness, and self care. Marieke Impens, for example, will lead several workshops on how to stay in balance in the ever-changing and demanding world. Eliska Vereecken, David Dewulf, Servaas Bingé, and Nina Mouton will enlighten our team members with practical tips and tricks to get started on their journey. On Wednesday, we focus on healthy meals and snacks by including a No Added Sugar Day and spreading awareness. Other initiatives include autumn walks, qigong sessions, and face yoga.

"We believe Jan De Nul's growth goes hand in hand with the well-being of our people. Health Week is not just a moment of reflection. It is a powerful investment in the future of our organisation. Because by taking care of ourselves and each other, we can build a sustainable future together - for our team, our company and the world."
